By downloading, installing, or using ResumeGenie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naveen Vuppula ("Developer", "we", "us", "our"), the developer of the App.
ResumeGenie is an AI-powered mobile application that helps users create, tailor, and manage professional resumes and cover letters. The App provides:
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.
ResumeGenie offers free features and an optional paid subscription ("ResumeGenie Pro").

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android).
⚠️ Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
The App uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate tailored resume content, cover letters, and ATS analysis. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

The App, including its design, code, templates, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Naveen Vuppula and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all personal data, resume content, and career information you enter into the App. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the App's services.
Templates: Resume templates are licensed for personal use within the App. Templates may not be extracted, copied, or redistributed separately from the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naveen Vuppula shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, or loss of revenue, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
