What is an ATS score?
An ATS (Applicant Tracking System) score measures how well your resume keywords match the job description. Most companies use ATS software to filter resumes before a human sees them. ResumeGenie helps you score higher by identifying matched and missing keywords.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is stored securely using AWS (Amazon Web Services) with encryption at rest and in transit. We never sell your data or show ads. See our

How do I import my existing resume?
Go to Profile â Import from Resume. You can upload a PDF file, take a photo of your resume, or select an image from your gallery. Our OCR technology reads the document and auto-fills your profile fields.
What's included in ResumeGenie Pro?
Pro unlocks 4 premium resume templates (Executive Dark, Creative Teal, India Biodata, Tech Developer) and unlimited AI tailoring features. Available as Monthly ($4.99/mo) or Annual ($29.99/yr).
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings â Apple ID â Subscriptions â ResumeGenie â Cancel. On Android: Google Play â Subscriptions â ResumeGenie â Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I use the app without a subscription?
Absolutely! The free version includes 6 resume templates, AI tailoring, ATS scoring, cover letter generation, job tracking, and PDF export. Pro is optional and adds premium templates.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile â Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all resumes, cover letters, and job applications. This action cannot be undone.
The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?
Try these steps: (1) Force close and reopen the app, (2) Check your internet connection, (3) Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, (4) Restart your device. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version.
Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes! Sign in with the same credentials on any device. Your profile, resumes, and applications sync across all devices. Pro subscriptions are also restored when you sign in.
