How do I reset my password? — Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
How do I scan a receipt? — Tap the + button, then "Scan Receipt." Point your camera at the receipt and the app will automatically extract the amount and details.
How do I change my currency? — The app auto-detects your currency based on your device region. To change it, go to your device Settings → General → Language & Region → Region.
How do I export my data? — Go to Profile → Export to CSV. This downloads all your expense data as a spreadsheet file.
How do I delete my account? — Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
I signed in with Google/Apple and can't delete my account. — For social login accounts, tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions. You'll be signed out and your data will be removed.
Is my data secure? — Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AWS encryption). We never sell or share your data.
